Order Management

Fast and simple order management

FleetX makes it easy to receive orders from either customer web, API, EDI, phone or partner systems.

The dispatch screen gives you a complete real-time overview of active deliveries and orders awaiting assignment. All data is live, including estimated time of arrival (ETA) for each delivery.

Once an order is completed, it’s automatically transferred to invoicing along with any applicable driver settlements.

All communication with your drivers can be handled through the Frakt24 driver app. Drivers receive their assignments and send back status updates and signatures directly to the FleetX TMS. The app also enables real-time tracking and fleet management, so you always know exactly where your drivers are, right on the map.

With the FleetX customer web, your clients can easily place transport orders, view pricing, track status updates, and access invoices in real time. You can also set custom pricing and enable automatic price calculation for each order.
 

The customer pages are fully branded with your company logo. If needed, we also offer custom website setup for your transport business.

Invoicing

Reduce admin workload with fast, efficient invoicing

With Frakt24, you reduce administrative work through streamlined, automated invoicing. As soon as a job is completed and priced, it’s automatically sent to billing.

Invoices can be sent via email or EHF (electronic invoicing).

Through integrations, the invoice journal is automatically transferred to your accounting system or factoring provider.
