Order management

Simple and fast order handling

FleetX makes it easy to receive orders from either customer web, API, EDI, phone or partner.

The Dispatch screen gives you a full overview of orders that are being delivered as well as orders that have not yet been allocated resource. All information is in real time with estimated ETA for delivery.

When an order is executed, it is automatically transferred to invoicing together with any driver settlement.

Driver App

Full overview and control with the driver app

All communication with your drivers can take place via the driver app. Drivers receive their assignments and send statuses and signatures back to FleetX TMS. The driver app is also used for tracking - fleet management, so you can see where your drivers are in real time on maps.

Offer your customers a customer web they understand

In FleetX customer web, your customers can easily book transport, see prices, status and invoices in real time. You can also add your own customer prices and auto-pricing of assignments.
 

The customer pages are customized with your company logo. If desired, we can also set up websites for your transport company.

Invoicing

Minimize administration with efficient and fast invoicing

With FleetX, you minimize administration with efficient and fast invoicing of your assignments. Invoices are sent out automatically for invoicing when the assignment has been completed and priced.

You can send out invoices by email or EHF.

Through integration, the invoice journal is automatically sent to the accounting program and/or factoring.

With FleetX, you can log in anywhere with anything. That means you can take Frakt24 with you on your iPad in the car or cabin, or on large screens in the driver's office.

No installation required

Everything is in the cloud, so you don't have to worry about installing anything locally. Everything is accessible through your browser, which means you don't have to worry about the costs associated with having your own server and staff to run it.
