Regular emptying runs can be scheduled per container on specific days and time windows, so your dispatch board populates automatically without manual planning each week. Transport orders are linked directly to the container and flow straight into dispatch for driver and route assignment.
Drivers receive their jobs through the FleetX app, navigate to each stop and scan or register the container on collection and emptying. If you need to reschedule or reassign, a drag and drop in the dispatch board is all it takes.
Every waste type recorded, every collection documented.
When a driver empties a container, FleetX prompts them to report the fractions collected which are the specific waste types agreed for that container. Fractions are grouped into recycling categories for reporting, giving you a clean breakdown of material streams across your entire operation.
If you have weight sensors on your vehicles, FleetX can connect to them and record fraction data automatically at the point of collection, removing manual input from the process entirely.

FleetX generates environmental reports per container, per site and per customer across any time period. Reports show total weight, fraction breakdown and recycling categories, and can be exported as PDF or CSV. Customers can access their own environmental reports directly through the customer portal, without needing to contact your office.
For operators who include environmental data on invoices, FleetX supports that too. Every collection is documented and the data is there when you need it, whether that's for a customer presentation, a compliance audit or an internal review.

Billing for waste and recycling operations is contract-driven and easy to get wrong manually. FleetX invoices automatically based on your contract settings, in advance or in arrears, per hour, day, week or month. Rental and transport charges are combined into a single invoice per customer, grouped by project or site if needed, and sent by email or EHF.
Invoices export directly to your accounting system and customers can view and download them through the portal. Month-end billing that used to take hours takes minutes.
