Order Management & Dispatch
Every rental order flows straight into dispatch.
When a customer needs a delivery, collection or emptying, the transport order is created automatically and flows directly into the FleetX dispatch board for driver and route assignment. Every transport order is linked to the rental asset so there is always a clear connection between the physical object and the job being done.
Recurring emptying runs can be scheduled per asset on specific days and time windows so your dispatch board populates automatically without manual planning each week. Pricing for each transport order is calculated automatically based on your configured rules.
Driver App
Drivers always know exactly what to do.
Rental and collection jobs are delivered to drivers through the FleetX app just like any other transport assignment. On arrival the driver scans or registers the asset being delivered or collected, confirming the handover and logging the location automatically.
On emptying jobs, drivers report the fractions collected directly in the app. If your vehicles have weight sensors, FleetX can connect to them and record fraction data automatically at the point of collection, removing manual input entirely.
Automated Billing
Invoicing that reflects the contract, every time.
FleetX invoices automatically based on your contract settings - in advance or in arrears, per hour, day, week or month. Rental and transport charges are combined into a single invoice per customer so clients receive one document covering everything, grouped by project or site if needed.
Send by email or EHF and export directly to your accounting system. For operators running both transport and rental at scale, the difference in time spent on billing at end of period is significant.
Environmental Reporting
Environmental data your customers can actually use.
FleetX generates environmental and fraction reports per asset, per site and per customer across any time period. Reports show total weight collected, fraction breakdown and recycling categories, and can be exported as PDF or CSV.
Customers access their own environmental reports directly through the branded customer portal, giving them the documentation they need for their own sustainability reporting without contacting your office. For operators who include environmental data on invoices, FleetX supports that too.
