If a driver forgets to check in at the start of a shift, the system sends a reminder automatically. For drivers whose tachograph data is already flowing into FleetX, check-in can happen automatically based on that data.

The timesheet overview gives managers a full breakdown of each employee's hours including tachograph data split by driving time, other work and rest. Overtime, supplements and flex time are calculated automatically based on your configured rules - not manually worked out by someone before payroll.
Managers approve timesheets directly in the system and approved hours export to your payroll or accounting system. No re-entry, no reconciliation and no delays.
Violation Management
Violations caught, documented and resolved automatically.
FleetX monitors working hours and driving and rest time continuously against the limits set by the Working Environment Act. When a violation occurs, the driver receives a notification in the app explaining what happened and is prompted to provide an explanation. That explanation goes to the responsible manager for review.
Every violation is logged in full, with sign-off and archiving to the employee's personnel record. If an inspector from Statens Vegvesen or Arbeidstilsynet asks for documentation, it is already there.
Leave & Absence
Leave requests handled from the driver's phone.
Drivers request holiday, leave and time off directly from the FleetX app. They can see how many days they have remaining, check the status of pending requests and view approved leave - all without contacting the office. Sick leave can also be registered from the app.
Managers see all upcoming employee leave in one overview, approve or decline with an automatic notification sent to the driver and get an immediate alert if a job is assigned to someone who is absent. No scheduling conflicts, no surprises.
