Where we come from.

FleetX was founded by brothers Jim Jakobsen and Tom Jakobsen, and today operates across two locations - our base in Lillestrøm, just outside Oslo, and an international office in Orihuela Costa, Spain.

The Norwegian roots run deep: the product started its life as Frakt24, a TMS built for the Norwegian transport market, shaped by the specific demands of Scandinavian logistics, and trusted by Norwegian operators for years. The Spain office brought in a broader, international perspective and helped accelerate the development of FleetX as a platform for transport companies beyond Norway. Over time, it grew from a simple dispatch tool into a complete platform covering orders, routing, driver management, time tracking, rental management, and automated invoicing. As the platform matured and the customer base expanded beyond Norway, FleetX was born - the same platform, now built for transport companies across Europe and beyond.
