Fiken integration: from completed order to invoice - automatically

What does the integration do?

FleetX is a cloud-based TMS (Transport Management System) that handles the entire transport process from order intake to invoice. With the Fiken integration enabled:

• Customers are synchronised - the customers you create in FleetX become available in Fiken, with no double entry.
• Completed orders are transferred as invoice data - when a transport order is completed in FleetX, it is transferred to Fiken for invoicing.
• Your accounts stay up to date - no file export/import, no manual keying.

Fiken is the accounting software built for small businesses - instead of debit and credit you find purchases and sales. For transport companies with few administrative resources, FleetX + Fiken is a complete solution: the TMS runs the operation, Fiken takes care of the accounts, and the integration makes sure they talk to each other.

Getting started

1. Create an API key in Fiken - Fiken explains how to do this in its help pages
2. Enable the integration in FleetX - select Fiken as your accounting system under client settings in FleetX
3. Connect the accounts and choose your settings - from client settings in FleetX you can synchronise product accounts and customers with FleetX
4. Test with an order - complete a test order and check that it appears in Fiken.
