PowerOffice Go integration: automatic invoice data from every order

What does the integration do?

FleetX is a cloud-based TMS (Transport Management System) that handles the entire transport process from order intake to invoice. With the PowerOffice Go integration enabled:

• Customers are synchronised - the customers you create in FleetX become available in PowerOffice Go, with no double entry.
• Completed orders are transferred as invoice data - when a transport job is completed in FleetX, it is ready in PowerOffice Go for invoicing.
• Direct API connection - no file transfers, no export/import, no manual keying.

Why PowerOffice Go?

PowerOffice Go is a Norwegian cloud-based finance system known for its high degree of automation, used by businesses and accounting firms across the country. If your accounting firm works in PowerOffice Go, they get the invoice data served automatically - without you having to send documents back and forth. The TMS runs the operation, PowerOffice Go takes care of the finances, and the integration keeps them in sync.

Getting started

1. Create an API key in PowerOffice Go - get the API key from PowerOffice Go
2. Enable the integration in FleetX - select PowerOffice API as your accounting system under client settings in FleetX
3. Connect the accounts and choose your settings - enter the API key from PowerOffice Go
4. Test with an order - complete a test order and check that it appears in PowerOffice Go.
